Stuck on wash cycle
For model number GTW485ASJ1WS
Hello María, Thank you for the question. We suggest seeing if you can turn the knob to the next cycle to see if it kicks in and starts the cycle. Normally if it is stuck in a cycle, the Control Board that controls the cycles, PartSelect Number PS16542666 will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
I purchased this washing machine from lowe's on march 23, 2019. I was the last one so I purchased the floor model which is missing the knob to select options (auto soak, 2nd rinse, extra spin, deep rinse). The manager at lowe's told me to contact you and you would send me a knob for free. Please let me know what you need or what else i need to do in order to get the knob replaced. Thank you
For model number GRW485ASJWS
Hello Charlotte, Thank you for the question. We believe this is a concern you need to address with the manufacturer. We are a company that simply sells replacement parts. We do not manufacture any units, authorize substitutes, or fulfill warranty claims. Please make contact with GE directly. Hope this helps!
