For model number GTW465ASN0WW
Hi Donald,
Thank you for your question. If your washer squeals when it is spinning, the belt may be either worn or damaged or it is not positioned correctly. You will need to inspect the belt to see if it is causing the noise. If the belt is fine, then you will also need to check the clutch. You will find information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Hello Richard, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the electronic control board, part number PS16874148. This electronic control board manages the washer's functions, such as filling, washing, draining, and spinning. A stuck or faulty relay on the control board might cause this issue. We hope this helps!

Washer leaving clothes wet after spin spin light blinks at final spin , when done spinning starts to fill up with water again. Replaced the lid lock assembly and it didn't help
For model number GTW465ASN0WW
Hi Julie,
Thank you for your question. If your washer is filling up with water once the washer has competed a cycle, then the issue is the water inlet valve. If a component inside the water inlet valve has failed then it will need to be replaced. To verify that the water inlet valve is causing the issue, you will need to test it with a multimeter for continuity. Before testing it, unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. Visually inspect the valve for any signs of wear or damage. The valve has screens inside it, inspect these screens for any debris, do this carefully as these screens cannot be replaced and if they get damaged you will need to replace the entire valve. With a multimeter on Rx1, touch the probes to the valve’s terminals. The reading you should receive varies from model to model, refer to your owner’s manual to determine what reading your test should produce. If your valve is damaged or if your test results do not match the recommended results, you will need a replacement water inlet valve. The part number listed under your model number for the water inlet valve is PS12726769. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Would not drain the water from the tub.
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
