Clothes are wetter than normal following spin cycle, sometimes very wet requiring us to "wring" them out before drying. Occurs with even small loads. Water drains out. Spin l.e.d. blinking during spin cycle. Fault code was in for oob, #26 on service bulletin taped to cabinet inside. Agitator spins freely by hand with no bearing noise detected; no bearing noise while machine is running a load either.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for your question. If the clothes are soaked at the end of a wash cycle, the drain hose may not be positioned correctly in the standpipe or it may be clogged or kinked. You should also check the drain pump, the lid switch and the drive belt. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. If you need to order a part, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
when the the clothes are finished washing there are black particles on the clothes and in the tub. where can the be coming from ? they feel a little waxy

Hello Carol, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, these black particles are of detergent. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS12726768, to fix the issue. If the hot water is not coming properly, then detergent will not dissolve and make marks on the clothes. We hope this helps!

Hello Brenda, thank you for reaching out. We believe one or more of the suspension rods might be broken. The suspension rods help to dampen the movement of the washer tub. You need to replace your left suspension rod and spring assembly, part number PS12343381, and the right suspension rod and spring assembly, part number PS12343380. We hope this helps.
Hello, my machine is shaking and violently hitting the sides of the machine, I have already replaced the suspension rods and it seemed like it worked alittle better but a couple weeks later its back to doing its thing again. Is it the tub that needs to be replaced or something underneath it?

Hello Zack, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the gearcase, part number PS16729509, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!

Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
