Machine is making squealing sound and clothes are very wet at end of cycle
Hello Duke, thank you for your question. Overloading can lead to an imbalance that reduces the washer's spin speed, leaving clothes too wet after spin cycle completes. If the washer leaves clothes soaked after a large load, remove some items, redistribute others and run another rinse and spin cycle. The washer will not drain or spin...doesnt seem to be moving to the next cycle. even placjng the washer on the drain and spin setting, the washers fills with water 1st, even its already over 1/2 full of water but empty of clothes, on the small load size setting, proceeds to a wash cycle, agitator ran for a regular amount of time, then it just stops with wash cycle and lid locked lights illuminated, but doesnt do anything else.

Thank you for your question. If the washer is not draining or spinning, the door lock may not be working correctly. If this part is malfunctioning, it can cause issues throughout the washer. There are some other parts that you should check as well. You will also need to check the lid lock striker, the speed sensor and the drain pump. You will need to test the electronic parts with a multi-meter. My washing machine for no explainable reason will start beeping and lights will flash sometimes while it is running or not until we unplug it for a couple of hours
Hello Jeff, Thank you for the question. In most cases the beeping indicates an issue with the Spin cycle. The appliance is sensing an off balance load or spinning slow. We suggest testing the Speed Sensor. If you are using a multi-meter to test the resistance, the readings should be around 1 or OL is it isn't defective. If it is closer to 0, then it is a short circuit and is defective. We hope this helps!
