Controls do not cycle properly. Does wash cycle and empties, then jumps to spin but does not go to rinse and spin again. Doesn’t rinse at all.

Thank you for your question. If your washer will not spin, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Why does the washer not spin? It rinses then when it goes on spin cycle light is flashing and it starts putting more water and restarts the whole load again. I open it and fix the clothes to balance it and it'll still do it.

My washer is filling, sounds like it is washing, rinses and spins but apparently it is not washing enough to mix up the detergent. Clothes are coming out with detergent all over them as they look like they never washed.

The water pump started trying to drain with machine not in use
Hello Charles, thank you for contacting us. The two most probable causes of the washing machine that tries to drain when it is not in use are:
1. A faulty drain pump, part number PS12723115: The drain pump could be stuck in the open position and not properly closing, causing water to continuously flow through it and trigger the drain cycle.
2. A defective control board, part number PS16743401: The control board may be malfunctioning and not sensing when the machine should be in the drain cycle.

Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
