I have this model washer and it shakes violently when it gets to the spin cycle. I have replaced all 4 suspension rods, as that was the first recommended repair. Any advice on other possible solutions? Thank you in advance!
Hello Lucas, thank you for your question! Check to see if the washer is overloaded or if a bulky item is causing it to become unbalanced. If all is well on the inside, it is also possible that the washer is unleveled or unbalanced due to improper installation or uneven floors. Check that all four legs, part number PS12726732, are in contact with the floor, or place a leveler on top of the washer. If your washer is old and you hear a loud banging or clanging during the spin cycle, it is possible the drum bearings in the gearcase, part number PS16729510, have worn out, causing the basket or drum to get out of balance. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
