Selector switches were non responsive in operation and diagnostics.
I downloaded the repair manual on line and followed the instructions for running the diagnostics. This showed that the selector switches were faulty. I then replaced the selector switches following the instructions in the repair manual. Couldn't have been easier.

no hot water comes out of my hot water solenoid valve. only cold water, thru the cold water solenoid valve i checked my solenoids and they both work i tested them with an electrical pigtail .does this part control the solenoid valves through the knob selector.there were no amps going thru to the hot water solenoid valve
For model number gtw460asj6ww
Hi Dwaine, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest making sure the hot water inlet hose is not clogged. If it is fine, the issue might be with the selector switch, part number PS12754096. One of the switches is used to control the water temperature. We hope this information helps!

My washing machine it only fills up halfway when you do a large max deep fill it only fills up halfway would that be the water level control on the dash looks like they all come tied together. And they don’t come separate. My question Is there some water level sensor thing or something I’m overlooking? Thanks for your time.
For model number GTW465ASNOWW
Hello Jimmy, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the pressure hose for leaking or blockage. The pressure hose applies air pressure to the water-level pressure switch. If the issue still exists, then you may need to check the selector switch assembly, part number PS12754096, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
