After disconnecting water lines and power, tip machine onto its back. The actuator is located under the drum. Remove the cover over the motor/ drive belt. Actuator is located by the transmission and held on by several screws. Unplug the wiring harness and remove three screws with Phillips screwdriver. Install new actuator..

Shipping delay FedEx four days in Chicago was curious.
Old dispenser part came loose from dispenser drawer area, hit the floor and broke two plastic connectors. Very small and fragile plastic tabs are all that retains the front of the dispenser drawer. Cost for those two parts over $100 retail. Be gentle with plastic components. Read more...

This is a dispenser drawer assembly direct from the manufacturer and used in washing machines. This drawer is made of plastic and features the compartments for bleach, detergent, and softener, for you to pour each respective liquid into. If your current dispenser drawer is clogged or moldy beyond repair, it should be replaced. Removing and replacing the old drawer is simple and requires you to press down on the respective tabs to release it from the washer assembly, then simply slide the new one in. When installing the new drawer, make sure to close the lid slightly so the dispenser will slide right in as it is supposed to and sit flush. This drawer is sold on its own, and does not come with any other parts or accessories.

Center Dispenser Wear
Used some essential oils in laundry to help with odor. (Doesn't work, don't bother. Just get better soap.) Oils caused damage to center dispenser tray. Bought replacement tray. Simply pull the old one out by pushing down on the tabs on each end, slide the new one in place. Maybe took 30 seconds. Price? Far too expensive for a plastic drawer, but what do you do?
