Hi my washer will not dispense fabric softener all screens clean if i switch the hot and cold water lines to washer the hot water will dispense softener. Thanks

We would recommend checking the cold water valve, part number PS12348073, and the hot valve, part number PS12348074, with a multimeter to ensure that the valves are not faulty.
