PartSelect Number PS3524838
Manufacturer Part Number 4975JJ2028D
This is the left side drawer slide for models of LG refrigerator-freezers. This drawer slide supports the drawer inside the freezer of your refrigerator and allows it to slide back and forth smoothly. This specific slide is installed on the left side and cannot be installed on the right side of the freezer. This slide measures approximately 15 inches long and is made of white plastic. If your current drawer slide is broken and unable to support the drawer inside your freezer, it must be replaced immediately for the drawer to safely move and be supported. Replacing this slide only requires a screwdriver to disconnect the old one and install the new one. This slide is sold individually and does not include the necessary securing screw or the slide for the right side.

Drawer plastic slides broke
Took out shelf were the drawer slides are, out of the fridge.
Took a look of broken plastic slides to see how they were mounted before unsnapping them off the shelf, also compared with new slides before continuing. Unsnapped broken plastic slides by pressing the plastic clips off the shelf, pressing with my fingers, no tools used.
Installed new slides the same way old slides were. Slides have a top and bottom, so make sure to compare before unsnapping them off. When aligned, they snap right in.
Installed the shelf back in the fridge with all the items that were on it, then slid the drawer back in and VIOLA! back like new.
VERY EASY, no tools needed for my fridge, not sure for different fridges.

Kenmore Freezer Drawer Roller
★★★★★
★★★★★
2 Reviews
PartSelect Number PS3618453
Manufacturer Part Number AHJ72989901
This part is sold individually. This part is white plastic on the outside and metal on the interior, with a hole in the middle. The roller assembly is found in your refrigerator. You will find this part on the frame in between the two drawers. This part allows the crisper drawer to slide with ease back and forth. You may notice that your drawer is not opening smoothly and this may be due to the wear and tear of the roller assembly. It is common for rollers to wear out at the same speed so we suggest replacing all the rollers at the same time.

Rails for basket drawer were broken.
The repair was as easy as removing three phillip head screws for each slide rail and removing and replacing the broken slide rail. However, over the years, the walls of the freezer had bowed making the drawer a bit short to ride on the new rails -- causing the drawer to fall off the slide rails since the span between each rail was now wider than the basket. To remedy this problem. I used washers and placed them on the back side of each rail where the screws are located . This was the perfect solution compensating for the extra width resulting from the slightly bowed walls in the freezer. This solution allowed the basket to fit on each slide rail without falling off .
