This window pack assembly, also known as inner door glass, is supplied directly by the manufacturer for use in range ovens. It has measurements of approximately 22 inches by 14 inches. The inner door glass is situated between the outer door panel and the oven cavity. It acts as a barrier between the heat generated by the oven and the external environment. This provides insulation and protection while allowing users to easily view the oven cavity. It is made of tempered glass and is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shock. If the inner door glass becomes damaged or cracked, heat will escape from the oven, you may be unable to see the contents of the oven and the risk of injury will be increased.

Something in oven exploded and stained glass so couldn’t see what’s baking
Ordered window pack from PartSelect then removed oven door from front of stove, then removed back of door and silver backing and glass pack. Dropped new glass into place. Replaced all backing,put door back onto stove. Tip. When removing screw keep them separated from each other as not to get mixed up when putting everything together. Good Luck, PartSelect has all the parts you need, this my second getting a part from them.

The inner glass of the top wall oven had broken.
I ordered the glass assembly which promptly arrived and I proceeded to unscrew the broken glass assembly and (by myself) removed it with ease. I then placed the new glass assembly and replaced the screws. It was really an easy job, I just retraced my steps from removing the broken assembly and replacing it with the new assembly. By the way, it was the first time I had done this.

Front glass broke
Really easy repair, two bolts on the inside of the oven door release the handle assembly, and four more bolts, two on each side, to release the handle from the frame. Then slide the glass into the placeholders and reverse install.

Range door glass broke
Received new glass. Removed the handle assembly from the range door (2 screws on each side on the inside of the range door). Inserted glass and had to align the side rails while hold the glass and then mount the handle assembly. This was doable but required 2 people to complete.
