Then open all screws from top cover push cover top side front way then door locks Bracket have 3 microswitch pulls out switches mark them top medium and bottom. 1. Take out the case by unscrew 8 screws on the back and side of the case 2. Take out the control panel by unscrew 1 screw on the top and slide up 3. Will part WB 14X10049 work to repair door lever board latch?

Hello Jeneane, thank you for writing. The Door latch is part PartSelect Number PS12342114 and it interlocks with the Microwave Door Interlock Switch Bracket PartSelect Number PS3486543. You would need to get into it to see which of the two shows damage. We hope this helps.
Hello Roy, Thank you for contacting us. Researching your model, this usually indicates that one of the door switches has failed or there is an issue with the control board. Check the switches with a multimeter and check the board for any visible damage or loose connections. Good luck with your repair.
Door latch does not release easily, you have to push it all of the way in very hard to get the door to open.
