The only number that works is 1 on the control panel.

Hi Mary, Thank you for your question. If only one button is working on the touchpad, use a hair dryer on low heat and massage each button to see if you can get them working. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control panel assembly. The part number listed under your model number for the control panel assembly is PS12227322. 1. Take out the case by unscrew 8 screws on the back and side of the case
2. Take out the control panel by unscrew 1 screw on the top and slide up
3. Take out the latch by unscrew 2 screws, and slide out 3 electric switches that clipped on the latch
