There is no part # 4a! Which one is the dual zone element?

Hello Jerry, thank you for your question. There are two dual elements on this appliance. Part number W10178022 ELEMENT, DUAL (3000W) (LEFT FRONT) and part number W10221529 ELEMENT, DUAL (2200W) (RIGHT REAR). I hope this helps!

I have kitchen aid downdraft stove and my front left is haft working or high not working what is the problem is the switch or the element?

The left front surface element switch is part number PS11749394, the right front surface element switch is part number PS11740775, and the left rear and the right rear surface element switch have the same part number PS11740785.
