Placed bar into end caps and slide end caps into slots in the door. Took about 1 minute! Very easy!

freezer door guard broken off
I placed the new part on the end of the freezer door guard and firmly pushed it in until it 'clicked'. Easy as pie! The more difficult part was to remove the broken off part inside the opening of the freezer door hwere the new bar end was to be inserted. I finally used thin nose pliers to reach in and grab the broken off part.

The refrigerator door has two shelves; the clips that hold the bottome one on were broken; leaving me with one upper shelf.
I went online and ordered the wrong size replacement end caps; then i called and got help picking out the correct ones. They arrived the very next day.
