No power. Plugged it into a different outlet still no power.
For model number JVM3160RF2SS
Hi Gevon, Thank you for the question. I suggest replacing the Fuse, PartSelect Number: PS3486694. To get to the fuse, remove the outer cabinet of the unit, which is usually held in place with a few screws. Once the outer cabinet is removed, follow the power cord into the unit. It will take you to the fuse holder, where the fuse sits. The fuse holder is located two or three inches into the unit, and may be attached to a power board. Hope this helps!

Doesn't heat. Light comes on, turntable turns, and with the sound you would think it's working, but won't heat. Is there a fuse that i could replace?
For model number JVM3160RF2SS
Hello Dean, thank you for your question. The first parts you will want to test/replace are the door switches. Even though the unit is running, the light comes on, the turntable turns; the issue could be one of the door switches. There are three switches that should be tested with a multimeter; SWITCH MICRO Part Number: PS8754454, SWITCH MICRO MONITOR Part Number: PS8754455, and MICRO SWITCH(STAND ON) Part Number: PS1019163. Here is a link that will take you to some information on testing the microwave door switches; https://www.partselect.com/Microwave+test-door-switch+repair.htm. If the door switches are tested and are not faulty, you should locate the fuse, which is mounted on the top of the cavity of the microwave. You will probably have to remove the outer cover to get to the fuse. The fuse is a glass fuse so you should be able to visibly see that the fuse has blown. If it has blown, it should be replaced. The only other parts that could be causing this issue, are the capacitor and the magnetron itself. I hope this helps!
