Refrigerator doesn't get cold....freezer is working fine....making ice etc... is the thermostat the problem if the unit doesn't kick on if the door is open for a while?
For model number ASD2575BRW01
Hello Michael, thank you for inquiring. You will want to consider either the Bi-Metal Defrost Thermostat part PS11750673, the Evaporator Fan Motor part PS557957, or the Defrost Control Board part PS11753802 for your model. We hope this helps.

Both the freezer and frig are cooling, but the frig is set to the coldest reading - get 37 - 42 deg on shelves but 40 - 42 deg in compartments. Seems like the thermostat is not operating properly - do you think the thermostat requires replacing?
For model number WRS325FDAM04
Hello Steve, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you may need to check the thermostat, part number PS11756541, and the defrost control board, part number PS11753802. We hope this information helps!
My fridge compresor and fan is not turning on? I don't hear nothing on except fridge light
For model number ASD2575BRB01
Hi Phuoc,
Thank you for your question. If the compressor and fans are not running, it’s possible that the overload relay is arcing or overheating. Part of the compressor circuit, the overload protects the compressor by acting as the sensor for the compressor motor windings as power comes in. And until the compressor gets up to speed, the relay connects the compressor’s starting capacitor into the motor windings. If yours is a recent model, the relay and the overload will be housed together and plugged into the side of the compressor, behind the rear access panel. You can unplug the fridge and use a multi-meter to check the relay and overload. Since the relay works with the start capacitor, which gives a start-up power boost to the compressor windings, that might be attached to your combined part as well. Your compressor will not fire up without the start capacitor. Check it for arcing or overheating, and if it is damaged, switch it out for a new one. But if the relay, the overload and the start capacitor all check out okay, the next step will be to call a service technician. The next diagnostic tests will be with live voltage, and for your protection this should be performed by an electrician. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Don, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the damper control assembly, part number PS11749090, to fix the issue. It channels and controls the cold airflow from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment. We hope this helps!
Why items in the refrigerator are freezing.milk water etc. Frozen solid
For model number 10641152210
Hi Rod,
Thank you for your question. If the fresh food section of your refrigerator is too cold and your food is freezing, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the damper control, the air diffuser assembly, the thermostat and the defrost board. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
