Washer was bouncing everywhere
Unscrewed the screws. Lifted the top and supported it. Took back off washer also. Had someone help "recommend ". Was fairly easy to remove old and replace the new suspension. Old springs were wore out. New ones work perfect.

Rust spots on top and banging when spinning.

Hello David, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the tub suspension rods, the hub kit, and the drive pulley. Also check the screens in the water inlet valve to see if that is where the rust is coming from. We hope this helps.
No matter how small a load I put in the washer the machine unbalances. When it does spin it moves like crazy.
