Hello,
I have Kenmore washer model 11021302012. Washer makes a terrible grinding noise right before a spin cycle (trying to spin). No spin issue if laundry is completely taken out. In this case drain/spin cycle completes just fine with no noise. No problems with other modes.
Just trying to figure out which part is failing. I think it could be a drive pulley, belt, shift actuator or gearcase itself.
For model number 11021302012
Hi Alexander,
Thank you for your question. If you hear a grinding noise from the washer when it is use, the bearing on the gearcase, part number PS12347614, is either worn or damaged and the gearcase will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Model number 110.21302012 machine does spin and drain, but not every time. If its a larger load the machine stays in spin mode and the only way to complete load since it is soaking wet, is to switch mode to drain and spin. This happens always when on the regular wash mode. I now have to wash clothes in the express load in very small loads to complete a cycle, but it still on occasion will not be able to spin and drain all the water, then again having to use the spin and drain mode to complete the cycle.

Hello Brian,
Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest there is an issue with the control board when it is changing cycles, it is not advancing correctly. You would need to replace the control board under part PS3653305 for your model to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Lid Lock light blinking, machine will not start
A detailed Service Technician Service Manual is hidden inside the machine on the front panel. It is hidden by the bleach dispenser input. It gives a list of fault codes and instructions for calibration after repair, resetting fault codes, and a manual test mode for stepping the machine through each mode on command. The Tachometer faile

Defective lid latch - Cabrio Washer
The instructions that came with the part were worthless. Essentially, unplug, put in new part, plug it back in. I spent a considerable amount of time on the internet and finally found a video showing how to open the top. Unlike other models, it is held down by clamps in the back rather than clips in the front. Once finding this inform
