Replace damaged oven door handle
Required removing the door, by sliding it off the hinges (open 1/4 then lift up), removing the outer frame which releases the inner glass door section exposing the door end screws. Removed the phillips head screw on each door end releasing the old handle. Inserted the new handle in the ends, screws replaced, reversing the above. Thanks for the correct part. Byron C.

left end cap for oven door
First, the order was shipped and delivered immediately. The model number had a wider range to select from and I had to guess which was the better fit. Other then that the new handle installation was a snap. Thank you and we would surely order from your company again.

End cap plastic broke at screw entry
Removed door from oven. Removed all side screws and pulled front assembly from door. Discarded old screws and broken plastic pieces. Put old handle in new end caps and lined them up with screw entry holes. It took 2 people to hold the door up while pressing in the screws to enter the new plastic receivers on the end caps. A pretty easy fix.

Broken door handle
Pull door from oven and place on flat work surface. Remove bottom screws then the top screws and separate the two halves of the door . Remove broken door handles and replace reassemble door and place back on oven. The hardest thing was to clean the grease out of the inside of the door and get the glass clean to reassemble the door.

The door handle end caps did not fit on to the handle far enough. this caused the screw hole spread to be too wide, Also the new end caps had two nipples outside the bolt holes that the original brackets did not have.
The reason the brackets didn't go on to the handle far enough was there was a molding defect inside one of the brackets. After alot of scraping at the inside of the bracket and lightly tapping with a soft hammer I was able to get the defective bracket on so that the holes lined up to the mounting plate. As for the extra nipples I had two options. Either cut the nipples off or drill some holes in the metal plate that the brackets attach to. I chose the latter. I had to attach the brackets to the plate with extra long screws, reach in under the bracket with a scribe and mark the nipple location on the plate. Then I removed the handle and drilled two holes for each bracket. After some minor adjustments to the holes I was able to attach both brackets and reassemble the oven door.

Rusted oven door trim
Removed old part by removing the screws at the boottom of the oven door. I wasn't sure if the glass oven door cover would remain in place once the trim piece was removed, fortunately I was ready when it came down. The glass cover is large and heavy so you need to be ready to handle the bulk of this piece once the last screw is removed. Cleaned everything and with the help of my wife, who secured the oven door cover in place, secured the new trim piece by replacing the screws. What a difference, looks like new! PartSelect provided great service in terms of speed and part acciracy.

one leg of the terminal block was loose and overheated under load.the terminal block melted and could have caused a fire.
I took a picture of the setup and damage . I then disconnected the burnt wires and replaced the wires . Then I installed the new terminal block and connected the wires to the proper positions. The reason for the failure was that the delivery people didn't tighten the cord when they installed the stove . I would check the connections periodically as to avoid another situation like this .
