Dishwasher Filter MDJ62185801

Is it the dishwasher filter *Part #PS7795137* that sits in the top of the filter assembly? I know that seems like a ridiculous question but I've sold my house and I do not want to leave it with an unsatisfactory dishwasher (when I think the dishwasher was a fantastic purchase and I love it). I think my house-sitters took it out and got rid of it - for whatever reason I don't know but I have a picture of the filter assembly from the top (if that's at all helpful).and there isn't anyway to strain out debris to keep it from going down the pipe. Please advise so I can replace the part immediately for the new owner.
