I am trying to install a new Guide Arm for the middle sprayer. I am finding that it is very tight (I had to cut the old one off with a saw). I was wondering if I should use a shim or some other tool in order to force it on to the point where the clip will engage. It seems that the geometry of it does not want to push the clip far enough to let it slip on and I don't want to break it. Thanks

Hello Chris, thank you for your question. Try pouring or soaking the plastic parts in hot water to see if they may loosen up some so not so stiff to put together with your hands. We hope this helps.

The upper rack section is not properly cleaning the items . The code that comes up at the end of the cycle is : nE. Any advice as to what needs to be done? Thank you

Hello Norman, thank you for reaching out. The nE error code on your dishwasher indicates a diverter motor failure. To troubleshoot this issue, you'll need to unplug the dishwasher and check the wire harness connections on the diverter motor and diverter position switch. Reconnect any loose wires you might find. If the wiring connections are okay, unplug the diverter motor wires and check the resistance through the motor using a multimeter. The meter should measure around 4,000 ohms of resistance. If the meter measures infinite resistance, you'll likely need to replace the diverter motor. The part number is PS3579323. We hope this information helps!
