Heating Element - 5300W DC47-00019A

The part I received was a dead-on match. It was easy to install, and works like a champ. I especially love their troubleshooting help, it's aces!!!

The part was as ordered, went with OEM to avoid having to replace it for another 10 years. It fitted perfectly and worked first time, and is still working a few weeks later.

The part was delivered on time and works great. Price was much better then the brand name.

The part was an exact match of the factory part and slid right into place, no mess, no adjustment needed. The dryer is in full use on a daily basis and works great.

Item works as it should. I'm not a mechanic or that mechanically inclined. I used online videos showing how to change the parts to fix my Samsung Dryer that was no longer drying because it was not producing heat. The videos make it look fairly easy, but, in real life, the parts don't always come out as easily as they look in the videos. Some parts were tightly stuck in place and required a bit of ingenuity to get them out. I knew that the heating element was probably the part that needed replacing. It took me several hours to get all of the parts apart and finally get to the heating element. One thing that I did learn from this experience, wear gloves. I cut up two fingers on both hands because of all of the sharp sheet metal edges all over the dryer. One cut was fairly serious and I have the scar to show for it. In any event, I found the break in the heating element and knew it was the problem. I ordered the part and replaced it. It works like new now.

My heating element had burned out and actually broke at the springs. This was a perfect replacement for my dryer and immediately started working.

This is the second part that I have ordered from PartSelect, 1 was for my dishwasher and now 1 for my dryer. I am very impressed with PartSelect in knowing what part I need to fix my appliances. If I ever need another part, I will definitely choose PartSelect!

Easy swap out of part. Had it overnighted and it came quick.

The part seemed to be of good quality and after watching several videos, I chose to follow the one that didn't require removing the drum. Because one screw was hard to reach and turn, it took a little longer but worked out well, and the dryer is thankfully heating again.
