How hot is too hot for the exhaust/outlet temp? With out the hose hooked up I had over 150* F.

Hello Chris, thank you for contacting us. Generally above 220 Fahrenheit temperature blows a thermal fuse and is considered too hot for a dryer. 150 Fahrenheit is not too hot for a dryer. We hope this helps.

When I push the start button I hear a faint click but it doesn't turn on.

I press start on the dryer and it runs for a few minutes then the digital panel starts pulsing like it’s sucking power then it will shut off. No matter what setting I use. One time it was running with wet clothes and the time would decrease in large increments until it was done. Need help please

Well it went really well until the dryer was put back together as it still didn’t heat. The dryer was taken apart again. This time the thermistors &fuse was tested. Alas, the new fuse was faulty. After putting the car lid fuse back on n, the dryer worked again

Dryer's are pretty simple machines mechanically. Don't trash your noisy dryer. We bought ours in 2014 and it only recently started giving us issues. This is after 2 moves and being run daily for a family of 6. I'm glad I found partselect.com. They saved me a ton of money.
