I am getting pc1 error code using the washer diagnostic mode. Says to call a technician. From what i can find it is a clutch position error. I cannot see any hall effect sensor for the clutch. Was wondering where it is located and how to replace.
For model number Wa48j7700aw/aa
Hello Wade, thank you for your question. The PC1 code is in reference to the clutch and clutch positioning. There is no hall sensor on your specific unit. I would recommend checking the Washer clutch Parts #: DC31-00090B, Washer drive shaft and shifter assembly Parts #: DC97-15494E, and the Washer motor rotor position sensor Parts #: DC31-00098A. These parts are all under the tub parts diagram when you search your model information. I hope this helps!

Does this part work on my model
For model number WF337AAR/XAA
Hi Garvin, thank you for your question. Unfortunately no. I have listed the correct rotor and stator assembly in a link down below for your appliance. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
I am getting a 3E error code and the drum will not spin. I see some motor parts are unavailable so I am unsure what I need to remedy the issue.
For model number 402-49032013
Hi Adam,
Thank you for your question. The 3E error code is letting know that a wire harness or wiring connection is either loose, not connected, or the wiring is damaged. You will need to check the wire harnesses on the motor, the sensor, the stator, the electronic control board and the rest of the parts in your washer to see which one is causing the issue and either reconnect it or purchase a new one if it is damaged. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Just want to make sure this is the problem. Error code 3e checked voltage at hall sensor.Reading 1.0v dc
For model number Wf457argsgr
Hi Tom,
Thank you for your question. If you do a manual test on the washer where you manually spin the drum the reading should be 0Vdc or 3.75Vdc. Here is a link to a website that you may reference for more information on this issue, https://removeandreplace.com/2016/12/03/samsung-washing-machine-error-code-3e/. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
