Part Fine/Service, not so much
I ordered a part on a Friday and the website said if ordered with in the next hour, it would ship that day. Also paid extra for the Standard Shipping because it was to be FAST DELIVERY /Average 1.8 days! Part didn't ship till late Monday and didn't arrive till Friday. That was 3 lies. Didn't ship same day, was NOT fast, and wasn't remotely close to 1.8 days.

Pull cord failed to retract
Removed cowling and spool. Spring drops in place without need for adjustment.

Rope pulled out and didn't retrieve
Pulled rope pull assembly housing, 4 screws and removed center screw that holds the eps plastic gear and spring was under neath that and it was bent out of shape. Important part is install new spring with yellow painted end outward , toward housing! Lucky I bought two??
