I tried a few adjustment on the carb jets and the idle speed but it got worse. I opened it up and discovered that the carburetor was loose and the engine was sucking air at the carburetor mount. Pulled rope pull assembly housing, 4 screws and removed center screw that holds the eps plastic gear and spring was under neath that and it was bent out of shape. Important part is install new spring with yellow painted end outward , toward housing! Lucky I bought two??
