Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This genuine OEM washer clutch brake motor actuator helps control the transition between wash and spin cycles by smoothly engaging and releasing the washer’s brake and clutch. It plays a key role in proper basket movement and cycle completion. Replacing a faulty actuator can resolve issues such as the washer not agitating or spinning, getting stuck in one cycle, or making repeated clicking noises during operation, helping restore normal washing performance.

My washer does not agitate . When I take the agitator out the shaft from the transmission comes out also.when I look at pictures of transmission it show the shaft. It does not have a pin to hold it into transmission. Also my belt is ok.
For model number FLCE7522AW0
Hi Kenneth, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, it sounds like there might be an issue with the transmission or the connection between the transmission and the agitator shaft. If the shaft is coming out with the agitator, it could indicate that the connection is worn or damaged. Typically, the shaft should remain securely attached to the transmission. Check the shaft and the area where it connects to the transmission for any signs of wear, damage, or missing components. If the shaft is not securely held in place, it may need to be replaced or repaired. For your model, the shaft comes as a part of the transmission, part number PS12585645. You may need to replace the transmission assembly. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. If you hear a grinding noise when the washer is agitating, you may have a worn idler pulley, or the bearing on the transmission is worn and will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
