Hello David, thank you for writing. There is a Condenser Fan PS12114471 located in the Rear all the way down to the bottom behind the access panel. While at the Condenser fan area, use a vacuum to remove excess dust and dirt from the condenser coils. clean the Perform a visual inspection of the Door Gaskets PS11731042 that they are not letting in warm air. We hope this helps.
Need to replace evaporator fan motor but can not access back of refrigerator due to gray rack that supports crispers will not come out. How do you remove 2 local repair shops have no clue how to remove and have yet to find anything online
For model number wrv986fdem01
Hi Micheal, on the models I have seen you just have to remove the air tower and this will allow you access to the screws that release the cover for the evaporator fan motor. If your model does not allow you to do this I would call the manufacturer directly for help. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
