The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
The control board assembly, also known as the main control board or electronic control board, is a crucial component in an electric range oven. It allows you to control the various functions and operations of the range. It can be found behind the control panel of the range, and it can be accessed by removing the control panel cover. There are various reasons that can cause the control board assembly to fail such as electrical problems, overheating, wear and tear over time, or mechanical damage. A faulty control board assembly will result in inaccurate temperature readings, malfunctioning timers, and clocks, and difficulty switching the appliance on and off. Before beginning any repairs, ensure the oven is unplugged to prevent electrical accidents. Remove the fasteners that hold the control panel cover and set the cover aside. Carefully disconnect the wiring connectors from the control board and make note of or take pictures of how the wires are connected. Remove the control board from its mounting position and position the new control board in place. Reconnect wiring connectors using your notes/images and reassemble the control panel to complete the repair.

the oven knob was not working to select the desire operation
Took off the front panel of the range and found the circuit board that operated the Oven knob selections and took it off got the part number and order it. Then just replaced it as the reverse of taking it off . The oven knob work to the desire selections on the range .

Does this part come with a control knob?

Does this part work for the Timer/Temp knob? I need to replace that part, not the other part for cooking.

Hi Philip, thank you for the question. This PCB assembly is not compatible with your model. The knobs are sold separately from the PCB assembly. The knob assembly you are looking for is part number PS12078397. We hope that helps!
