The cycle selector knob has broken. I think part #14, the plastic spindle piece that turns the knob, is this part the one I need?

Hello Shawn, thank you for inquiring. This Knob is the correct replacement for your model, but the shaft you are describing is a part of the Timer that the Knob goes onto. The Timer for your model is part PS11749831, and the Screw that goes with it is part PS11746840.

The cycle knob for my dryer broke off. It looks like it attaches to something else though...there is a metal piece that goes into another part which is the timer I think. The plastic piece that connects the two snapped off. Do I need to order the knob and the timer both?

Thank you for your question. The part you are looking for is the timer knob. It has a metal clip inside. You would place it on the shaft that is attached to the timer. The part number listed under your model number for the timer knob is PS11756281. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps!
