Freezer door no longer closes by itself, do I need just this part or is there more to this
For model number KSC23C8EYY02
Hi Tom, Thank you for the question. Only way to know for sure is to check the parts on the door. In most cases you can just replace the Door Cam. Hope this helps!

Please advise on what parts will work.
For model number WSF26C3EXW01
Hello Adriana, thank you for getting in touch. Check the door thimble, part number PS11739043. It holds the weight of the refrigerator door, preventing sagging. A properly functioning thimble ensures the door aligns correctly with the refrigerator frame. Check the door hinges, if the hinges are loose, you can tighten them up by their tension pins. Also, make sure the refrigerator is level, the front should be a little higher than the back. We hope this helps.
