Fridgidare--Freezer at its coldest setting is only at 20 degrees and no colder. Everything seems to be working fine. What is the likely part that needs replacing. I have a muti-meter, what can I check to make sure it needs replacing.

We would also recommend cleaning the condenser coils and making sure that the evaporator fan is running.
