Put new fan in freezer ran for a couple hours then quit working. I did a ohm test and no resistance. Is there anything that could make it go out that quick.
For model number 10670219410
Hi Curtis, thank you for contacting us. If the fan blades are blocked by ice or if you have a failing defrost system or a leaky door seal, the motor will try to turn but stay stalled. This generates intense heat in the windings, burning them out quickly. If the fan was not seated perfectly, the blades might have been rubbing against the back panel or a wire, causing enough friction to overheat the motor. A power surge can easily blow the thin windings in these small motors. The evaporator fan motor for your model is part number PS11740359. We hope this information helps!

The freezer's light bulb burnt out and I'm having trouble getting the lens off to access the bulb
For model number 10670219410
Hello Paul, thank you for the great question. We have researched your model and found that to replace the freezer's light bulb, first of all unplug the refrigerator or disconnect the power and then remove the light shield by sliding it towards the back of the compartment to release it from the light assembly. Remove the light bulb and replace it with an appliance bulb of the same size and shape. Replace the light shield. Plug in the refrigerator. We hope this information helps!

Ice Maker quit working, I could manually cycle unit but then the water would overflow when unit was re-filling.
I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the

My refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer section stopped freezing
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le

t's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

No Ice in the Ice Maker
I am NOT a handyman, and my family laughed at me when I said I was going to fix the ice maker all by myself. I ordered a replacement ice maker. When it arrived, I opened the box and read the instructions. It seemed easy. I removed the old ice maker, with a socket set. I then took off the shut off lever from the old one and placed it
