Why is the rotation of the flywheel is hard to rotate in certain areas

Thank you for your question. If you are finding it difficult to rotate the flywheel, check the flywheel key. It may be broken. If it is, you will need to replace it. Also check the valve clearance of both the intake and exhaust valves. If the clearance is too tight, this will result in high compression and you will have difficulty rotating the flywheel. I bought an electronic ignition and I'm getting spark but it's a weak spark. The spark plug I got is an R45 acdelco could that be the reason
