LG washer rotor assembly
The part was the correct one for my washer, fit perfectly, and arrived in three days causing me not to be very long without a working washer. I will use your company again if the need arises.
Thx. for the good service.

Completely happy with my purchase
Almost at the start of quarantine our washing machine started to act up. Once we figured out the part we needed we went online and quickly found the part. The ordering & shipping was quick and easy. It took my husband and I no time at all to get the washing machine back into service.

Ahl72914402 , my machine smokes and won't spin. Will this part repair the problem ?
For model number WM2077CW
Hi Larry, Thank you for the question. The Rotor is one of the common issues that is suggested to check for damage or wear. I also suggest checking the ball bearings and gasket at the back of the tub and the Stator Assembly. Hope this helps!

My washer is spinning but making a loud grinding sound when it does spin.
For model number Wm3360hvca
Hi Dakota, thank you for reaching out. It appears that your washer may have worn out bearings due to which it is making grinding sound while spinning. You may need to replace the bearings: part number PS11711138 and part number PS7785069, to fix this issue. We hope that helps!
