Comes up with code F9e1. It just stops also in the middle of a cycle and does nothing. It can say it’s spinning when it’s doing nothing. It can say it’s washing and it’s doing nothing.

Hi Cindy, thank you for the question. This error code indicates the washer is unable to drain correctly. Check the drain hose and drain filter for blockage first. If they are fine, the issue could be with the drain pump, part number PS12731177. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
