Good morning is there an agitator that tall piece that fits in the middle of the washer that could be attached to this model. I’m not sure of the exact name of that piece?

Hello Bill, thank you for getting in touch. Check the water inlet valve, part number PS16744968. A faulty water valve will not let water in to the tub. Ensure the hot and cold water hoses are not kinked or blocked. We hope this helps.

Hi Bill, thank you for contacting us. The bearings can wear out over time, leading to noise and vibration. They come attached to the gear case, part number PS16730208. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
