Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This OEM-manufactured metal temperature sensor, or oven probe, measures and regulates the temperature within the oven. If you find that your food is being overcooked, undercooked, or is not cooking evenly, the sensor may be faulty. You can verify this by testing it with a multimeter or looking out for an error code on the control board. If you do not replace the broken sensor, your oven will run too hot or too cold. To replace the sensor, you first need to turn off the power to the oven and let it cool down. Access the probe inside the oven cavity, it is commonly attached to the rear wall. Using a screwdriver or pliers, remove any screws or clips that are securing the sensor in position. You may also need to unscrew or unclip the wire attached to the probe from the back of the oven. This sensor is sold as a single unit.

I bought a new temperature probe for the top oven, part #5304525427 and still didn’t fix error code F30. Check ohms on new probe at 500ohm where existing probe in bottom oven reads 1000ohm. Bottom oven works fine. Took probe out of bottom oven and installed in top oven and error code F30 cleared and top oven works fine. Tried new probe in bottom oven and got error code F31. Why do these new probes #5304525427 not work? Found original probe part #318562500 is no longer available. What’s a person to do?

Hello Joe, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the relay control board, part number PS10064722, to fix the issue. It receives signals from the main oven control board. The relay control board operates relays to regulate the oven elements. We hope this helps!
Our temp in our oven does not stay stable and frequently rises way above the set temp. Is there a way to recalibrate the oven? Or do you have a recommendation? Thanks very much.
