I'm trying to find the Green computer board in the back of the washer where the plugs for the locking sensor plugs into, p/n w10803585

Washer only works in normal no matter what cycle you put in it just washes in normal.

Recently the lock switch went out on the washer and I replaced it everything was fine right after that the arm that switches the washer from agitate to spin went out and I replaced it once I turned it back on to test it the washer only worked half a wash cycle and shut off, the only life it has is a green light on the back of the control board but will not do anything else did the board give out now or what could this be? None of the tests in technicians book that I found in the side wall of the washer work. Any help would be great

My washer does not fill properly. Low water levels.

Hi John, thank you for your inquiry. Make sure both the hot and cold water supply valves at the wall are fully open. Ensure the hot and cold water hoses are not kinked or bent, as this can restrict water flow. Also, check the water inlet valve, part number PS12349267. It controls the water flow into the washer.
