The machine repeatedly loses its program. Sometimes it will was several loads before it loses program. I have taken to program it before every wash, because it is so much trouble to unload wet clothes and drain the machine before re-programing. Cold water valve is stuck shut. could a stuck water valve cause the problem, or does it require a new board?

My washer with the above model number has been in use for less than six months. The washer became stuck on the sensing portion of the cycle and now the lights will not turn on and it simply hums. I have been unsuccessful in resetting the machine and all it does now is hun when I plug it in.
What could be causing this issue?

My washer lets water in and I hear it cycling. That’s where it stops. It will not agitate. When I open lid it lets water in then just sits there with light on. On the wash cycle. It will drain but doesn’t spin. Is it the control board that the problem?

washer stopped working on some cycles and now there are no indicator lights on and the pump is constantly running. dose it need a new control board ?
