How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Clotheswasher will not initiate wash cycle. Water starts then stops.
For model number WTW5000D
Hello Ted, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: Lid latch assembly, water inlet valve, drive belt, and lid strike. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!

The Green light comes on and says sensing. It will not advance past this stage? Is that a whole panel problem or just a button issue?
For model number WTW5000DW1
Hi Kim,
Thank you for your question. Try setting the washer on drain/spin and see if the washer will drain or spin. If it does not drain or spin, check the tech sheet that came with your washer and follow the steps it provides to resolve this issue. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to replace the actuator. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
