Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This genuine recirculation pump assembly is designed to restore optimal cleaning performance in select GE washing machines. It works by drawing water from the bottom of the tub and redistributing it through the dispenser and other components, ensuring detergent is evenly dispersed and residue is minimized. Operating during both wash and spin cycles, the pump promotes consistent water movement, helping clothes come out cleaner while improving the efficiency of water and detergent use. If your washer is leaving clothes dirty, failing to fill or drain properly, making abnormal noises, or leaking near the pump area, these may be signs the pump needs replacement. Installation is straightforward for DIYers: unplug the washer, shut off the water supply, and wear gloves for safety. This OEM part is built for a precise fit and dependable performance, making it a confident solution for restoring your washer’s functionality.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money

the lid locks puts a tiny bit of water then does nothing
For model number gtw750csl1ws
Hi Ricky, Thank you for writing. We suggest testing the Water valve Assembly. Set your multitester to the ohms resistance scale X 1. Place each of the meter's probes to one terminal. Because the reading can vary from brand to brand and from model to model, there is no one reading you should receive. However, if your test produces a reading of infinity, then the solenoid is bad and the water valve should be replaced. We hope this helps!

Just noticed a leak/water from under the washer at the front right. What parts are in that location that might be leaking?
For model number GTW680BSJ5WS
Hello Ed, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the drain pump, part number PS12723115. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
