The warm water does not work except for a second or two when switching it from hot or cold to warm. The hot and cold water do. I did a self test per the manual and every option works as suppose to, even the warm water. I'm thinking its the cyc switch part # ps11754440. I'm thinking the valve assembly is fine because the self test works. Any thoughts. Thanks.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for your question. If you have tested your water valve with a multi meter and it is testing working, then this would be the next part to test to see if it is working correctly. The only other thing it could be is the control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Michael, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the shift actuator, part number PS11747977, the drive pulley, part number PS10057144, and the drive belt, part number PS11747978. If this does not help, we would recommend testing the cycle switch and control board with a multimeter. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
The cycle lights font come on when plugged in and machine makes a loud humor noise when plugged in ??please help
For model number ATW4676BQ1
Hi Bob,
Thank you for your question. If the washer makes a humming sound when it is plugged in, you may have a clogged drain pump or hose, a water supply issue or there is insufficient water pressure. You may also have a malfunctioning electronic control board or motor, or a broken belt. We hope this helps!
