Dishwasher Screw WPW10349488

The screw was one of several items I purchased to repair the spinner arm on my 16 year old Whirlpool dishwasher. Finally got them installed 2 days ago and have my dishwasher back in operation! I would have installed the parts myself but did not have the hand-strength necessary. Thanks for keeping these parts in your inventory.

What can you say about a screw? Well, the fact that it took three phone calls and three separate orders before I arrived at getting a screw is the commentary all on its own. I need a part and unfortunately the representative on the phone did not anticipate I might need some other parts as well. So part one arrived, I noticed I needed another part. I called back and I got the second part. The second part arrived realized I needed the screw! So another phone call another order another week… It took three weeks to fix a simple replacement part that could’ve been anticipated by the representative on the phone but never was so I had to order each part separately. Not efficient, Not timely, not good customer service. The parts were easy to install, the problem was it to like three orders to get all the parts you needed to make the replacement work.

Wish I could give this zero stars. My package arrived sealed but with no part in it. I called customer service and they filled out a return file and sent me and email on how to return my item (that I never got). Customer service did not provide any options just credited the cost back to my card. What I wanted was the part I ordered. She advised I would have to go back and order it again. That is not going to happen. What a waste of time.
