My washing machine will do the wash cycle and rinse cycle, but does not always move to drain and spin cycles. Some times it will complete the full cycle and other times i will need to manually move the drain and spin cycle. Which part would i need to replace/fix to take care of this issue?Thank you in advance!

For model number WTW5000DW1
Hello Nic, thank you for your question. It sounds like the timer control is not functioning properly. We would recommend checking the clutch and the actuator first, as those parts help change the washer from agitate to spin and drain. If those parts are ok, the control should be replaced which is PartSelect Number: PS12114296. I hope this helps!

No cold water only hot and how do i get to the repair
For model number mvwc300vw1
Hello Glenn, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the temperature switch first, which is part number WPW10202616. If that tests ok, the issue would be with the water valve part number WPW10144820. There may be some installation videos on YouTube if you search the part numbers. I hope this helps.

Problem: The 5-cyle selector switch rotates without engaging any of the cycles. When I replace part 15 (washer cycle selector switch) how do I know which cycle the switch is in? Thanks for you help. Leo
For model number 11021302012
Hi Leo, Thank you for the question. When the switch is installed and you reinstall the knob, the knob will be pointing to the cycle it is in. The knob will only fit on the switch shaft one way. Hope this helps!
