The upper agitator on my washing machine has some up and down play on it from the lower part so it just turns with out gripping onto the dogs inside. Is that normal or is there something i need to do to make it agitate properly? Thank you
For model number wtw4800bq0
Hello John, thank you for your question. There shouldn't be any play between the upper and lower agitator. We would recommend replacing the Agitator assembly (Complete) Part Number: PS11742049. Or disassembling the agitator and replacing the following parts: Spacer, Thrust Part Number: PS11742044, Agitator Cam Kit Part Number: PS334648, and Upper Agitator Part Number: PS11741237. I hope this helps!
