Ice maker line keeps freezing up. Have replaced water valve and ice maker line heat tape along with a new ice maker. Is there something else I am missing

My fridge will shut it's self off intermittently- I've unplugged and plugged in to reboot the fridge and sometime it works other times I have to do it multiple times. Thanks

After using the measured fill, if the dispenser pad is hit by accident, the dispenser will switch will open, releasing what setting it is on, ice or water. The only way to sit it off is to open the refrigerator door. The back button does nothing.

All lights in top section of refrigerator and the freezer light are dimly lit. I've replaced the LED control module, but this didn't fix the issue. I've bought replacement lights and tried them one by one (with the exception of the ones on the wiring harness near the water filter). Is main control board (power module) the culprit?
