I recently had my refrigerator moved due to construction. The company removed all the doors, strapped it on a dollie so tight it dented the frame and put indented strap marks on both sides. It was laid at a 25 degree angle and bounced down at least 4 steps.Would the jarring motion and the angle it was laid cause the front power board to die? no ice no water- no noise from the panel. when placed back - a water leak occurred- the strap was wrapped over the plastic water hose in back of the frig. the leak was coming from the plastic hose on the back of the frig that connects to a filter or part for the ice machine. it would squirt water when ice was to be made. does it take much force to pull/crack the tubing ?

Hello Michelle, Thank you for your question. Unless the dispenser panel display is not showing any signs of power, replacing the cracked water tubing that's causing the leak under part PS11727739 for your model should fix both issues with the water and ice dispenser. If the display has no power, the control board under part PS11727787 for your model may need to be replaced as well. We hope this helps.

Red sign on the door says “cooling off “. How do i get the refrigerator turned back on?
For model number WRF767SDEM00

Hello and thank you for writing. We suggest to try a hard reset: Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Lights inside refrigerator not working
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.

Ice dispenser motor burnt out, water got inside.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy. called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.

while closing the door, the light switch fouled, resulting in the switch breaking
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
