From my research, I thought I needed to replace the Hall Sensor (also known as the Rotor Positioning Sensor). The Part Select site informed me that I might need to also replace the Rotor Assembly. The site said that I could not order just the Hall Sensor - I needed to order the Washer Motor Stator which would include the Hall Sensor. W
... Read morehen I received the order, I found that the Motor Stator did not include the Hall Sensor. I found that I could order a part that matched the Hall Sensor I removed from my machine. I then ordered that part. I installed just the new Hall Sensor - the machine worked. I have returned the unused parts.

I need the Rotor (HALL) Sensor for this model. In a question from another customer you listed 6501KW2002B as the part number, but when I look up that part, it does not list 796.41162410 (79641162410) as a compatible model.

I was told I need a motor stator. My LE light keeps coming on. I read a comment on your site, a man said he was told the hall sensor comes with the motor stator, but it did not. Does it come with the motor stator or not?

Hello patricia, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, your model does not come with a Hall sensor, so the motor stator does not include one. If you are seeing the LE error code, it is likely related to the rotor, which will need to be replaced to resolve the issue. We hope this information helps!

We had a repair person come out and they told us it was the stator motor. The machine will stop after a few minutes and the LE light comes on. We put a new stator motor and it still stops and Le light some on.

Hello Patricia, thank you for contacting us. The fact that replacing the stator motor did not solve the issue, we would recommend checking the rotor assembly, part number PS3532774. The rotor contains powerful magnets. If any of these magnets are cracked, loose, or broken, the magnetic field required for the motor to turn properly will be interrupted, causing the LE error. Replacing it might help resolve the issue. We hope this helps.
